Marc-Henri Sandoz Paradella is a psychospiritual therapist, writer, and group facilitator. Trained in theology at the University of Geneva, he spent fifteen years as a pastor before undergoing a profound inner transformation that reshaped his path and work.

He is trained in the facilitation of processes involving expanded states of consciousness, with a strong focus on harm reduction, psychological safety, and the maximization of integrative and therapeutic benefits. His approach supports individuals and groups in navigating deep inner experiences and integrating them into daily life.

He is the author of several books, including Toxic Jesus and Sacred Introspection, and leads retreats and sessions combining meditation, introspective practices, and symbolic tools such as tarot.
